Lemongrass – A perennial herb from Om Sleiman Farm, native to Southeast Asia, lemongrass is perfect for adding a citrus flavor to Asian cooking and both hot and cold herbal teas. It has relaxing properties and is known to lower cholesterol and reduce bloating. As with all herbs, it’s recommended to consult with your doctor before consumption, especially if you are pregnant or have allergies.
