Return Policy
Our online return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@senseshomegoods.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, are non-returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns of broken items.
